Price:
- Overnight price for 1-2 persons per night and apartment
- Apartment "Otto" (double bed): 79,-€
For longer stays discounts are possible!
- from 1 week -> 10%
- from 1 month -> 20%
Infants under 2 years are free of charge!
- Cleaning costs (once per apartment): 19,-€
The accommodation costs are included:
- Towels and bath towels
- Hair and body cleanser
- Cot and toys
- Tea, coffee, mineral water
- Barbecue and garden use
- Car parking space on secure property
- Garage and shelter for motorbikes and bicycles
- WLAN
The minimum stay is 2 nights!
On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 16 clock (earlier arrival depending on pre-assignment possible).
On the day of departure, the apartment can be used until 11 o'clock (later departure depending on occupancy feasible).
Terms of payment:
Deposit of 50% of the rental price when booking by bank transfer
(Reservation is only on receipt of payment).
Final payment 7 days before arrival by bank transfer or cash on arrival.
We will send you an invoice with the booking confirmation by e-mail.
Conditions on withdrawal:
- The cancellation is free of charge until the 31st day before arrival.
- From the 30th day before arrival we charge 50% of the agreed rental price.
In case of earlier departure during your stay, we can not provide a refund!
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.
