Takeover restoration
In 1998, Gerd and Cornelia Reinicke bought the ruin of water art, which has meanwhile been listed. After thorough preparation, the general renovation began in 2004. In addition to the self-used loft apartment in the northern half of the building were built in 2018 2 apartments in the southern part.
